On Thursday 16th March why not treat yourself to an indulgent 6 Course Gourmet Menu for only £45 per person, or £40 for dining club members. With flavoursome dishes including confit pork belly, lamb rump and Penderyn whisky fondant there is something to tantalise everyone’s taste buds.

Main Course…

ROAST RUMP OF PEMBROKESHIRE LAMB with boulangere potato, beetroot, celery, rosemary cream, salsa verdi

CAPESTONE FARM CHICKEN with morel stuffed ballotine, liver parfait, sorrel, broad beans

TEMPURA SPRING VEGETABLES with sweetcorn puree, ginger, soy & lime reduction, baby leaf salad (v)


ORANGE AND CARROT CAKE with mascarpone sorbet, orange gel
