Meet Andy Tabberner – The Loft’s exciting new Head Chef

The Loft’s exciting new Head Chef

Andy holds two things close to his heart – innovative food and beloved Wales (despite being born and bred in the Midlands!). He moved to Pembrokeshire 3 years ago to embark on his career as a fine dining chef and immediately made an impact here by winning the Junior Chef of Wales in 2015.

Since becoming Head Chef in The Loft in September, Andy’s hit the ground running! While he’s careful to maintain the style in The Loft, Andy’s keen to express his own personality by pushing the boundaries with new local ingredients. Watch this space!
