The kitchen at The Hundred House Hotel is headed by long time chef Stuart Phillips who trained in Michelin star restaurants in France and here in Britain while holding 2AA Rosettes between 1997 and 2007.
The garden at The Hundred House Hotel is home to over 50 types of herbs that are grown alongside vegetables and fruit on site with Stuart instilling all his years of experience and passion into this new Winter Warmer menu that celebrates flavours from both Britain and overseas.
